The SeeHuus is a family-run lifestyle hotel directly on the beach in Timmendorfer Strand / Niendorf. Our house opened in April 2014 and with its maritime-modern flair offers a very special holiday atmosphere to feel good on the Baltic Sea.
Regardless of whether it is a short trip to recharge your batteries, a relaxing wellness holiday or a summer holiday with the family - we want you to feel comfortable with us and forget everyday life for a while. Our hotel in Niendorf
Our hotel is located in the beautiful Niendorf, a district of Timmendorfer Strand. The small fishing village is an insider tip on the Baltic Sea and has retained its very special charm. The long sandy beach and the beautiful promenade invite you to take long walks. The colorful Niendorf harbor is always worth a visit. In the morning hours you can watch the fishermen bring their catch onto land.
The new pier in Niendorf also invites you to linger. Walk out to sea, make yourself comfortable on one of the benches and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air with a wide view over the Bay of Lübeck up to the Brodten cliffs. And for the little ones, there is a very special playground on the Niendorf pier!
Exciting events for young and old await you all year round in Niendorf. Easter bonfires, craft markets, colorful fireworks or a cinema on the beach - there is always something going on here in Niendorf! We are looking forward to your visit! Your SeeHuus team

The spacious Penthouse Suite on the 4th floor of the SeeHuus towers over the roofs of Niendorf. In addition to a large seating area, the Penthouse Suite also has a flat-screen TV, radio, safe, iPod docking station, desk and free WiFi. All rooms are equipped with a carpeted floor.

In our restaurants you can enjoy your meals with a maritime flair. With a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea, you can start the day with our breakfast buffet. From coffee and tea to fresh fruit and different types of bread, our breakfast offers you a diverse selection. At lunchtime, while you are sitting comfortably together, you can choose from our menu of the day and then enjoy a piece of cake or an ice cream, before we pamper you with culinary delicacies in the evening.

Our outside terrace
Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner - our outdoor terrace is open for you at any time when the weather is nice and invites you to linger. Start the day with breakfast in our beach chairs or enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea with a piece of cake and a coffee specialty in the afternoon. In the evening, watch the sunset over a delicious dinner or let the day end with a glass of wine on our outdoor terrace.
In the summer months we also offer various ice cream specialties, which you can find on our ice cream menu.

For conferences with more than 18 participants, we offer you the conference room with a sea view in our sister hotel Miramar. The beach hotel Miramar is only a few houses away from SeeHuus and is also directly on the beach promenade in Niendorf. With approx. 70 m² the conference room in the Strandhotel Miramar offers space for max. 26 people.
